Give a Care About Home…it’s the theme of each blog post from our staff team. For more than 44 years, HealthNet has delivered quality primary care to underserved communities throughout Indianapolis and central Indiana. Over the years, we’ve expanded our definition of primary care to include dental, behavioral health, health education, social work, outreach services and much more. When patients enter the doors of a HealthNet facility, they’ve entered their medical home.
Give a Care About Home represents the essence of a community health center, an outreach program, and all that it takes for it to be successful. None of our centers or programs could be successful without the effort of an entire team who come with different strengths and skills. From our Homeless Initiative Program to our Pediatric & Adolescent Care Center, or from our Eastside Health Center all the way to our Southwest Health & Dental Center, success is collective.
Our Support
… comes from you. The success of our centers and outreach programs comes from a foundation of people who support our mission. During the month of September, we are asking you to further strengthen our foundation by making an unrestricted donation. It seems as if in the second half of each year, a few of our programs are in need of funding in order to continue or expand quality care to those who need it.
